I went to see Abi to help with my very disturbed sleep pattern. Abi worked with me and has helped we to understand myself and the problems with my sleep. I know I still need to work at this but my disrupted sleep and general calmness has improved unbelievably. Thank you

This morning was lovely. To be honest I was sceptical about the session being online but loved it. I layed down, with the blanket like normal and had headphones on to help shut out house activity and honestly was as good as a class with you in person. I get the feeling of the best nights sleep ever. Im not sure whether I actually sleep or not. I love that Ive found you. Xx

I attended Level 1 Reiki training with Abi and absolutely loved it! Abi is very knowledgeable and explained everything really well. The training was well planned out and it was great meeting other like minded people.
