Terrible management. I rang 8am on the dot for a appointment, was delighted I was only 9th in the queue. I remained 9th for 20 minutes! How is that? By the time they answered to me 45 minutes later!! 8.45 Remember I called dead on 8am. They disconnect me!!. This is not the first time. I called back to be 49th in the queue Rather then risk being cut off again Im having to get a taxi to go in to make my appointment.

Waiting room always empty, car park full, no appointments, appointments at other surgery's if you don't mind travelling!!!! If I wanted to travel I wouldn't be a patient at Methley. Needs looking at, Methley surgery is a disgrace

Like the previous comment I have felt like I have a chest infection for almost two weeks and I havent even been able to get an appointment. Told to either go to urgent treatment centre or A&E (no wonder the country is in a state). The last few times Ive called Ive been on hold for over an hour to be told there are no appointments, Ive sat and cried feeling hopeless. If there are appointments Ive been sent with my infant son several miles to other practices as Methley never have appointments or Gps. Sending texts to advise not to call as they have no clinicians there. It is an absolute disgrace, your patients are not being looked after and your programme of improvement and questionnaires done recently havent made a jot of difference, its worse if anything. The worst GP surgery I have ever experienced.

Was unexpectedly and rather suddenly referred here for an ultrasound. Have to say that the staff, from reception to diagnostics, were lovely, kind, and patient with me. Thanks very much!

Can't award 0 starts. Signed up a month ago, got an email to confirm my details but nothing since. Rang up today to be told i'm not on the system and it normally takes two weeks. Advised to send an email into the admin team to ask what is going on. I've just read the other reviews and I don't think i'll bother.
