Our point of contact to start with was Kelly, who was fantastic throughout in making the journey great
Jason and Neil the site managers where brilliant in explaining the build of the house along with any information regarding the services and appliances, what was refreshing from past Experience from another builder is how Neil and Jason where very honest and transparent if there was any issues , there were some very minor ones which is expected but how they deal with them in a timely manner is second to none
The build quality is excellent, the thermal build and how very little heat is required to hear the home is great and they use the right wall insulation products unlike others that short change on this , the added solar Panels was a nice surprise too.
The overall room sizes are good and gardens are more than adequate
Id highly recommend a Barratts home to anyone
