Highly recommended. I have used Haigs Drains for a few years now (commercial and domestic) and Tom and Alex have been fantastic. Very knowledgeable and its obvious they take pride in their work. They have all the tech and use CCTV to provide detailed reports if necessary. They are sought after and busy but have always been available. A great family run business.

Called and tried to book in drain investigation work, was told they would come back to me with a specific time but would attend in the next 3 days, didnt respond or attend, tried calling and texting but they dont seem interested in responding even to say cant make it. Bit disappointing being let down and poor customer service.

Absolute waste of time. All manor of excuses for cancelling several times over 3 weeks. Curt response to my questioning this 'companies' reliability.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. I engaged them to carry out work for my my elderly parents which I had to sort out from 150 miles away and they were excellent from day 1 keeping me informed, turning up on time, being respectful and doing the work they quoted to do. This was evidenced with a CCTV survey and photos of the works completed and backed up with a warranty. Some of the quoted work wasn't necessary in the end and this wasn't charged for but I wouldn't have known as it was underground but they told me this immediately. A refreshing change to work with an honest, reliable, respectful and trustworthy company

Had a leaky drainpipe outside, fixed with no problem at all and job was that straight forward Tom very kindly didnt even charge us. Both Tom and Alex were really nice, will be back with any future problems without hesitation. Highly recommend!!
