So, before purchasing the partner with them, I went to the spot to check what would be the ideal printer for our business. After the support orientated me, I made the purchase and also hired some external developers to be able to program it properly as instructed. Turns out that the printer THEY TOLD ME TO BUY WAS THE WRONG ONE!!!!!!! I had to buy another printer to solve my issue. After that I sent them my expenses and told all the loos of sales I had because of that. They simply offered me something worth 10 to compensate all the money I spend and all the time I spend because of this UNPROFESIIONAL MISTAKE. AWAFUL COSTUMER SERVICE!! JUST BUY IT IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION!
