Dougie is a friendly and highly skilled professional who replaced our central heating boiler for a very fair and reasonable price. When he returned to service the boiler a year later, we asked him about an unrelated plumbing matter which we were concerned about. Dougie tackled the unscheduled problem there and then, which involved him working flat out for over an hour in a very inaccessible space. We will not hesitate to contact Dougie for any heating and plumbing requirements that might arise in future.

This is one of the most reasonable, considerate and professional tradesman I've come across. Promptly visited my property to investigate my failed boiler. Gave me a reasonable quote, and carried out the work in the most professional way. All was sorted and working within a short time. Registered my boiler with relevant authorities and gave me a free extended warranty. I couldn't thank Prism Gas enough. Very honest. Does exactly what he says . Thank you very much.
