These Pilates classes are not just any old Pilates class - these have top quality instruction, patience, explanation and fun. I am 66 years old and feel so comfortable in the classes. Have continued doing them online during Lockdown and now am so happy to rejoin Face to Face classes.I was recommended these by a friend and glad I followed it up.

I have been enjoying Adam's pilates classes for several years now and he not only knows his stuff, he makes it fun and relevant. I thoroughly enjoy his classes and feel that he genuinely cares about all of his clients. Can't wait to get back to real classes again, although the zoom and patreon alternatives have kept me going throughout the past year for which I cannot thank Adam enough for putting these options in place. Highly recommend Adam Walder.

I couldn't recommend Adam highly enough. I have been doing both one to one personal training with Adam, and his pilates classes for about 2-3 years now. Adam is always very knowledgable, friendly and his enthusiasm is highly contagious. He knows just what is needed...for example a session doing stretches to help an achy back/leg (which is very much self induced!), or a more strength/cardiovascular session. I have carried on with both the 1-1 PT and Pilates during lockdowns, and the qualist of his sessions have remained top notch :-)
