Despite 3 weeks of chasing and several promises, we still cannot get samples to help us choose the finish. Attention to detail is poor both getting our address and name wrong. I guess our business is not required.

We had been searching for months for a corner sofa so we were delighted to find exactly what we needed at the Wilton showroom and Kate helped us choose the perfect fabric. It was genuinely hand built because when we realised it was going to be slightly too long to fit a side table at the end, Charlie amended the drawings until we were happy. It was disappointing that delivery was held up for a couple of months due to delays getting the fabric but we also ordered two armchairs and everything ended up being delivered together. After the sofa arrived we realised it sat slightly too high compared to other furniture in the room, so Tina arranged for replacement feet to be made and David swapped them over for me. All in all, we couldnt be happier with the quality of the furniture and the service we received.
