        I am sympathetic of Harlequin as a result of some illness in the team. The reason I have taken issue with them is their lack of response, they have promised on multiple occasions to return my call, promising a visit to review our pool etc. only to email a month later to say they are too busy to support us and to find someone else. Why not tell me that at the start? Why promise calls and then not call back? I dont get it.
