Order: 1 x Cookie Dough [Fudge Brownie] White Chocolate + Bubblegum Sauce [With Pouring Cream, Not Ice-Cream] My Treatsus Was Absolutely Incredible!!!! Couldnt Fault Anything About It, At All. I Would Have And Wanted To Give FIVE STARS At Least; Slight Delivery Issue Was The Only Reason I Was Unable To Do So. That Being Said, It Was Out Of Their Control And They Handled It Professionally Anyway. Placed Order Via Uber Eats @ 2200Hrs. Expected 2230-2250Hrs. Received Call @ 2300Hrs To Inform Me Their Driver Had Broken-Down. Was Offered; a) To Call The Next/Another Day And Have The Items Delivered Then [NO Charge] Or b) They Would Re-Complete My Order Again And Dispatch Their Other Driver With It ASAP. Either Option With Additional Treatsus, Due To The Inconvenience I Asked For It To Be Delivered, As Soon As They Were Able To. My Order Arrived @ 2325Hrs, Plus A Malteaser Brownie And A Few Bars Of Hershey Chocolate. I Have No Complaints; They Contacted Me To Inform Me, Provided Options And Then Delivered The Amazing Treatsus [Plus A Few Very Nice Extras] WILL 100% BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN . . . . VERY SOON, I HOPE!!!! Note/Request: If They Acquired A Tango Ice-Blast Machine And Added The Drinks To Their Menu . . . . I Would Move House, To Be As Close-As-Possible!!!! HaHa

This evening, ordered a few items from moo lab, we requested contactless delivery has our household has test positive for covid-19. received a phone call about the contactless delivery. They explained what they are gonna do. Fair enough. The food arrived we didn't know this though has they didn't knock or ring the door bell. And they just left the food on door step. U would of thought the driver would of waited near the keeping social distancing until we at leasted opened the door. Rang them they said they left it on the door step which they we checked if it their and it was cold and water food and drink. Has me and my partner are regular customers we are disappointed. The people rang us and apologised. But it's not good enough not ordering from here for a while
