        TLC is overall a good company. I have made good friends with some colleagues and have a good relationship with others. I have also formed good relationships with the service users. I love my job! The managers are busy so it can take time for them to get back to you but they are helpful. Elaine especially has been very helpful during my time at TLC. Would recommend working for this company.
