If I could give 0 stars I would, absolutely terrible service, I live 2 mins down the road from this place and being unable to collect myself due to kids it took them over 3 hours to deliver the horrible food, NEVER AGAIN! only ordered from there as my usual place was closed, plus they are super rude when you call asking why its taking 3 hours to drive 2 mins walk 5 mins to my house they actually hung up, couldnt even get a refund when i canceled the order. Horrible people..

Do not order from here its disgusting I ordered aromatic duck, when it turned up it wasn't worth giving it the dog in fact I'm not that cruel , the veg was slimy there were two rib cages left in my duck meat with an other big bone, it wasn't very warm and the pancakes were cooked so much I couldn't separate them at all , I called the shop about getting my money back as it wasn't fit for eating but alls I got was attitude and something I couldn't understand and he hung the phone up , my wife's meal was rice and chicken with sweet and sour sauce and that wasn't any better neither of us ate out meals and it was put in the bin, the pictures I took say it all

I ordered Cantonese style sweet-and-sour chicken crispy balls, With Egg fried rice and chips. Ive uploaded pictures to show how it was. Also I live literally 443ft away from the shop. And the Driver had to call me to find where I lived and I had to phone him back to ask where he was. I even put information in the note section on the BigFoodie app too. The crispy chicken balls where not crispy at all. Due to been put into the sweet-and-sour sauce, also the chicken seemed to be reformed chicken, based on how hard it was, Like reformed ham etc is made. The Chips where terrible, almost like they had been stood for a long time/reheated not sure which, but the pictures Ive put on will show how they where. Farmfoods is over the road and the same meal from them is less than 5 and tastes better and looks better too
