Terrible experience here. Arrived for my appointment and was kept waiting outside in the cold and rain for 10 minutes only to be eventually told I couldn't have my treatment as my product hadn't arrived, thank you for letting me know!! Needless to say customer service terrible, communication terrible, not impressed at all with the highly unprofessional way they treated me as a new customer!! Obviously will not be returning here.

So welcoming and very professional all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable .The salon has beautiful furniture and decor would highly recommend

Terrible experience here.
