        I have had to wait 2 hours to receive a cheque paid from my own bank account. The worrying part is that they say they are not trained to deal with Virgin accounts. I last went in this branch in March and had similar problems accessing my own money. On that occasion the manager was down right rude and I witnessed a similar display of her attitude problems with another customer, not me this time. My next move regarding this institution will be to go into another branch an close my longstanding accounts, life is so short the endure Mexboro again. A rubbish service in my opinion.

        Hi, I have just visited Yorkshire Bank Mexborough to deposit some money and sort out my online banking, I found the ladies working there extremely happy, welcoming and very helpful. They have excellent distancing measures in place to keep us and them safe, and I didn't have to wait long at all. Well done to all at Yorkshire Bank, and thank you
