Had a kitchen installed by Newrooms which was completed to a very high standard by their fitters. We were very pleased with the quality and workmanship that went into it... However, what let the overall experience down was the lack of communication from newrooms. They didn't show up to start on the Monday we was booked in for, I had to chase them and was told our kitchen was delayed but later found out this wasn't the case but because they're fitters had to go to another client. They made a start on Tuesday and were here until Friday. I was expecting them to return after the weekend to finish off but never heard from them on the Monday. They turned up the following day to do a bit more and then disappeared for 4 days before eventually coming back to finish. All in all, it took them 14 days to complete the kitchen as well as having missing units, damaged doors and wrong sized units. Never received an apology and found the owner to be very rude.

We had a large project with newrooms. A new bathroom and making a large kitchen from a dining room and existing kitchen. The finished result is lovely and exactly what we wanted. The process was full of problems and delays. With most projects you expect some problems it was the way newrooms didnt communicate with us and explain, there was certainly no apologies at any time. The tradesmen were excellent, skilled, and professional unlike newrooms themselves.

We have a luxury kitchen and 2 bathrooms installed by Newrooms. Their workmanship is of the highest quality and in all our dealings with them we have found their staff at every level to be extremely courteous, responsive, supportive and professional and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.
