Never known such bad service from a pharmacy. I appreciate they are busy but over the past two years Ive had nothing but rude service. About a year ago I had Covid but needed my medication. This was after the time of lock down rules and you were able to move freely if you had covid. I rang as a courtesy to the staff and customers in there to ask if I was able to get them delivered. I was greeted by shouting down the phone informing me that in no way was I allowed to enter the pharmacy. I explained that I didnt want to do that and after about ten minutes of arguing I was told I could park my car outside, with my windows down and someone would come out to me. I did this and a member of staff threw my medication into the car and walked away. It was such a rude and embarrassing experience. But still I continued to visit. After countless we dont have your prescriptions and receiving text messages to say my prescription is ready, driving from a nearby village to then be told I cant collect, I have quite frankly had enough. A recent visit saw me waiting and being asked 3 times to make sure I hadnt already been in to collect my medication as they couldnt find it. This pharmacy never fails to amaze me in the way they can be rude to people. I will now be moving to a different pharmacy as I am fed up of being treated like an annoyance and an idiot.

Staff rude and never have half itaim wean have had order week. Rubbish lucky have 1 one star

Always very reliable. Very friendly staff who are very helpful. Great local pharmacy

I'd love to work in a pharmacy - working slower than a snail - what the hell takes so long? There's more than 2 members of staff so why do they shut for an hour for lunch? Pathetic!
