Mirchi

I recently ordered from Mirchi for my birthday. After 2 hours waiting I called to see where my food was, to be told no orders were waiting. After repeating my order number to them, the lady on the phone said, Oh, 5 minutes and hung up. Food arrived 20 minutes later, stone cold and congealed fat on the dishes. Half inedible even after reheating. 30 curry for my birthday, ended up in the bin and I had no food to eat. Complained and had all my complaints iland request for a refund ignored. So im writing as at the very least, deal with your errors, dont charge the customers for your mistakes. I was a regular customer, but id rather drive to somewhere with customer care.

Absolutly awful Tikka Biryani take away last night it went straight in the bin, 6 small, thin cubed pieces of what was supposed to be chicken it was dry and so overcooked and un reconisable as chicken ? Completely tasteless and a chef's meat curry that we couldn't find any meat in. Such a shame as we had a fantastic meal last year there, needless to say I will not be recommending or returning.

Had a take away whilst staying in a nearby holiday cottage with friends. Worse curry I've ever had. All the dishes had the same odd creamy watery base sauce which was bland and tasteless. Real shame as we were looking forward to a good curry. Not sure if this is usual standard of food, as surprised this restaurant gets any good reviews for food like we had.
