Came to surgery miday today at a supposed quiet time with a badly cut finger with blood coming out of bandage & feeling faint. Friendly receptionist asked nurse If she could have a look. Said too busy try A& E after 6:30om I had just driven from Sleaford and live in fen. It's getting harder and harder to be seen now even though website says open.

I have been with Church Walk surgery for quite a few years and the team that are there now are excellent both the Receptionist and the Doctors work under a lot of pressure now there are more and more patients on their books with the council building more and more houses sadly the council's don't think about the infrastructure and the pressure it is putting on the NHS.

Seems like you have to have something wrong at s specific time of day before they can help you. Not good this is the second time I've had issues now since being at this doctors after moving here in September last year from Wiltshire never had any problems with the doctors in Wiltshire. However the staff are lovley.

We moved here last September from Chesterfield & from the 1st week I've had issues . My previous GPS Surgery have been amazing & seen me as a person, not just a patient , so this stress is unbelievable . I haven't actually seen a doctor yet & even my Consultant's aren't happy with it either . I have alot of complex diseases/illnesses & rely on my meds but I don't know how many times they haven't done them . I've had alot of personal problems this year which has effected my mental health extremely badly & the added stress of trying to get medication for it has had a massive impact on me . I don't mind anybody knowing that I phoned for a consultation about my depression & stress & twice I've spoken with the same Gp who hasn't listened to me even though I said I feel like I want to selfharm & that I didn't want to live with this stress anymore . He didn't even give me the crisis team number ! I can't keep having these issues so I wouldn't recommend this surgery if you have ANY health problems . Thank god the receptionists are very helpful . They should be on a Gps wage , they do all the work & probably have to take the brunt from patients who can't get to see a Gp . Well done ladies , you deserve a free holiday paid for from the surgeries budget .
