The hob part I ordered was original and correct, and arrived safely and on time by post. The pictures on the website are a great aid to identifying parts correctly, helpful feature.

Thieving company with non existent customer service. Telephone option 4 Returns doesnt work. That tells you everything you need to know. Waited too long for part and then wrong part dispatched. They argued and refused to accept wrong part. Eventually agreed in emails a full refund would be given. Used their Freepost returns address and was charged for it (full refund NOT received). Will update after they've had their day in court.

Absolutely appalling customer service. They sent the wrong part, I advised customer service it was the wrong part and was told repeatedly by the agent it was the correct part. I advised, a qualified gas engineer has stated it's the wrong part. I sent pictures to prove this and in the end they admitted it was wrong and said we'll send a replacement. I mentioned I did not want a replacement as the engineer was able to source the correct part and complete the job. I asked for a refund, returned the item using their label and then no response. I chased them several times, sent emails, sent a photo of the postage receipt but no response. I called, and was told I'd get a call back but nothing, tired of chasing I escalated to paypal. Thankfully, by paying through paypal, I was able to escalate and retrieve my money back. Seriously avoid this company!
