The worst customer experience received anywhere. Dropped our car off for a recall and warranty work assured it would be ready end-of-day or tomorrow at the latest but we then didn't hear from them for over 2 weeks! Called a minimum of 5 times a day but they never answered their phones, called head office to be told they don't answer their calls either, and when they did call us to tell us to pick it up it wasn't even ready and the service team had all left at 4pm. Meant we had wasted a journey and had to come back 3 days later. Management don't care they just want the sales.

Absolute shambles, car was booked for a product recall potentially unsafe. First appointment a month away, explained would need to be gone by 11 to pick up son from school. Didn't arrange cab to come till after his school had finished. Wouldn't give car back as couldn't stop work in the middle even though we said we need to be gone by 11 or rearrange for another time.

Amazing staff especially somi. Very friendly and supportive and she was able to answer all our questions. She was an absolute delight and a credit to the company. Huge Thankyou

When I walked in to the service reception the 3 staff members were sitting at there computers with absolutely no acknowledgement of me being there. I stood waiting for one of em to look up and say something but I had to wait several minutes before I was spoken to with the word "yes?" ... like I'd interrupted something interesting on their computer. Not "How can I help?" which would have been a professional welcoming to a customer. Not happy with the reception I received. Not welcoming at all and borderline attitude for absolutely no reason. WILL NOT BE TAKING MY VAN THERE FOR ITS NEXT SERVICE!! 2/10
