Joanna made our wedding cake and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Right from day one, we called her and she managed to fit us in for a tasting there and then! It was at this initial meeting where we knew Joanna was definitely the person for the job as she was so passionate about baking and especially making sugar flowers! We had a 4 tier cake, each with a different flavour, decorated solely with her beautifully realistic sugar flowers - you could not tell that they were sugar!! (Ive kept a couple and put in a plastic box for momentos sake). The cake itself was absolutely stunning and tasted better than any cake I have had before. It was so moist and we had countless compliments on the day and I am still receiving these compliments now! I would really recommend Joanna to make your wedding cake - you will not regret it!

My husband and I have been very busy after the wedding. Now we finally can leave a proper review for Joanna! Joanna was very nice and kind, she made us feel very welcomed from the start. We were a bit last minute when reaching out to her, but she responded our email very quick and arranged the cake tasting with us. We decided to go with her because we loved her baking and she got so many good ideas about how we could display our cake. Our guests were very impressed with the cake, it was very pretty and delicious! Highly recommend Joanna! Shes very reliable and talented! Joanna prepared the most delicious and beautiful cake for our wedding at Pembroke Lodge last weekend. We chose two flavours: hazelnut praline and lemon & elderflower, and our guests were equally impressed with both! The cake presentation was also fabulous! It was an absolute delight to work with her from start to finish. She welcomed us to her house for a tasting session and we enjoyed the cake and the lovely discussion.
