        Would give 0 if I could. Most unhelpful and rude people I ever had to deal with. They just hang up on you if they don't want to talk to you anymore. Accusing their residents of not following the rules and ignoring any evidence to the contrary.

        Environmental officers , breaking the legal laws all the time, hiding behind bushes and trash bins sneaking to public, WHILE THEY have to be visible BY LAW !!!! The team leader of the kingdom services tried to issue ticket to a human inside Wimbledon station EVEN IF SHE KNEW IT IS ILLEGAL TO DO. OUT OF ORDER COMPANY WHICH NO ONE INVESTIGATE!!!!!!! THIS HAS TO STOP!! Stop doing whatever you can so you can do your daily targets,AND START FOLLOWING THE LAW IF YOU WANT TO ENFORCE ONE!!!!!!!!! Pathetic!!!!!
