        The owner was extremely rude, making patronising and offensive comments directed at me in front of the children that came with me in the shop. I tried to diffuse the situation because children were present, but they also were shaken up by his behaviour. Awful experience, I will never set foot there again. Salvatore, sei scortese, maleducato e scarso come panettiere.
