Prospect Mortgages have been helping me for years! sometimes when no other mortgage advisers would even look into my situation. Prospect mortgages looked after me and got me to where I needed to be. I can't recommend there service enough. Every time they have beaten interest rates when going directly to the banks. they deal with individual people and there needs and the communication is perfect. I have sent alot of my friends and family there way and they all say the same. money saving and outstanding service. thank you.

Second time we've used Prospect Mortgages, this time to apply for additional borrowing on our mortgage. As with the first time, we were kept informed at every point and service was impeccable, Nick and Natalie couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend. We contacted Peter for advice on purchasing our first property. Peter was very friendly, professional and helpful. As first time buyers we had many questions and Peter was able to answer them all very promptly. Prospect helped me with the mortgage to my first purchase. I had a slightly unusual situation but they were determined to find a solution for me and did! They worked so hard to ensure I got what I needed and helped me become a homeowner for the first time. For years I had assumed that just wasn't possible. But, thanks to them, I saw it was - and was able to buy a dream home. Their service was excellent and then talked me through each step, in detail - I never felt like I couldn't ask a question; no matter how daft I thought it might be.
