We engaged the services of BCM to provide us with advice and assistance in making a planning application to allow a more flexible use of our business property. Charlotte Howlett provided the advice and assistance. She was very knowledgeable with regard to the applicable planning policies and gave clear and concise advice as to the best approach to secure our objectives. Throughout the process, Charlotte kept us fully informed, liaised with us in respect of draft documentation and took account of any feedback provided by us and adapted the documentation accordingly. Charlotte was a pleasure to deal with and provided us with advice in a timely and efficient manner. She was highly professional and robust in her dealings with the Councils planning officer who had originally indicated an intention to refuse the application. As a result of her approach and further representations, having persuaded us to allow the Council further time to determine the application, the application was successful.
