Ransley Turf

Mark Ransley operates under different companies which is alarming. He started works in my garden over a year ago and never completed. The parts he did are falling apart such at the porcelain patio starting to split because the ground was not compressed and the slabs coming off easily because slurry adhesive was never used. The planter was rebuild twice by Mark because it was made with the wrong blocks causing the wall to burst. There were several damages to my property, leaks, damage the shed and garden door. The workmen appear nice but are very inappropriate and disrespectful. Mark appears nice in manner which is the only reason I carried on but that is just one of his selling techniques. With the damages, the incomplete works, the poor workmanship my garden is 10k overbudget and that is only the visible damage now. With the poor workmanship it is only inevitable I will have to fork out money sooner rather than later for repairs. If you want a garden that will last please AVOID!

Similar experience to Mike G. Turf arrived fresh and looked good when first laid. A few days in it became apparent it was full of meadow grass. Company were dismissive when problem raised - meadow grass being naturally occurring etc etc and even suggested it may have carried from a neighbours garden or birds dropping seeds. Trust me, the meadow grass was well established before delivery and I dont think this turf was suitable for harvesting. The company has provided me with a bag of seed but its a 200sqm lawn and a problem I really shouldnt have to sort out.

I was not happy with the turves as it has a lot of meadow grass in it over the entire lawn
