Ive had to hire them twice and both times the drivers were very friendly and helped with my luggage

Finally I'm able to reach taxis in Ashford. Call those guys first because they deserve it.

UPDATE - Increased rating to 4 stars for now as they replied to my email very quickly to confirm. ORIGINAL 2 STARS - Have now called 12 times over the last 20 mins and wondering if they'll ever answer? Prebooked a taxi for this coming Wed, but the driver came last Wed so want to know if someone will still come this Wed. Not filled with confidence, but will happily change my rating if I speak to someone and get a good service. Good taxi service in Ashford seems very difficult to come by though...

Horrific experience, I cried while I was forced to pay 20 for a very short 10 min journey. He said he was going to take me to the police station because I wasnt expecting it to be that much and I didnt have the money, and when I said how ridiculous it was and that I was going to miss my train he took me 5 minutes up the road to a cash point (without my ok, and I am a minor) and waited closely behind me while I drew out money I didnt have. I cried, and he made me very anxious and he even locked all the doors (which is illegal) so that I couldnt get out. This made me panic. I wont be using Taxis again and wished Id have just waited 30 mins for the bus which wouldve costed me 2 for the same journey and travel time. Ruined my day, 1 star is a compliment. Also car smelt of strong alcohol and cigarettes. AVOID.
