This company and in particular Andrew Forrester are Absolutely Brilliant and if you ever have any mobility issues and want a very fair and very helpful service , look no further than here. I phoned Andrew in desperation when my 95 year old mother's riser recliner chair failed and the previous engineer we called from a different local company wrote it off, rendering her to a bed ridden existence, clearly wishing for us to buy a new one from his company at over 1000. I contacted Andrew, he diagnosed the repairable fault over the phone, drove the 40 miles round trip to my mother's house the very next day and fixed the so called write off chair within the hour for 50.00. It is not often these days that you see that type of old fashion customer service...1st Class....I cannot thank him and praise them enough.
