Friendly helpful office staff and Tris came out and spoke with us about stove, advice and fitting. Had his 2 very efficient lads to fit the stove, found them both friendly and explained what they were doing. Stove is amazing, transformed our livingroom, very impressed. Highly recommended.

we used went to Wick to choose our log-burner in our new garden room - we chose a WoodWarm - the whole process was easy, from start to finish and the stove has kept us warm and cosy all winter - definitely recommend them to anyone
