Cannot understand negative comments of previous reviews.Bryan has done work for me over the past 18 years.As a builder he has saved me and my clients considerable amounts of money. He is very approachable and is always willing to work 'with' the builder to achieve a solution.If you are in the trade you will know invaluable this is and how often it is not the case. If you are not a builder you can be confident that his calculations will be the most cost effective .
