Kellys classes have helped me a lot with my core strength and posture. I was a complete beginner to Pilates, but Kelly encouraged me that I can do it, she is very patient and explains instructions clearly.love the friendly atmosphere in her classes.I have already recommended Kellys classes to friends and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for Pilates classes.

I've been with Kelly for a few years now and absolutely love her classes. I really notice the difference and feel so much better when I go. She is really clear in her instructions and also very patient with my questions and helps to put me in the correct position. I am physically and mentally really benefiting from her classes.

I have been attending Kelly's Pilates classes for many years and highly recommend them. Her teaching style is friendly but confident and she really is very knowledgeable. Her classes have made a huge difference to my low back pain issues and building general strength and stability.

I have been attending Kellys Pilates classes for a few years now and have also had quite a few 1:1 private sessions. I absolutely love her sessions! They are enjoyable, engaging and super beneficial. I am a keen Hiker and climber and since doing Pilates Ive noticed a massive improvement in my mobility, had less injuries, and I have so much more body awareness now, especially in regards to my core! Kelly is extremely friendly, skilled and knowledgeable and her teaching style is very easy to follow and understand. I started out as a complete beginner but very quickly felt relaxed within the group. The classes are small so Kelly can keep an eye on everyone and check we are doing movements correctly and that we arent doing anything that will risk any pain or injury. I 100% recommend Kellys classes. You honestly wont look anywhere else once youve attended one of her classes!!
