I wasnt sure if mindfulness was for me. I had tried a meditation but still it hadnt really clicked. I met Lorraine at a promotion she was doing and her relaxed non pushy attitude convinced me that if I was going to try it properly her program would be the thing to do. I have never looked back! The program was great easy to follow and I met some great people that I can feel safe and trusting with. The mindfulness program has given me the tools to take good care of my own mental health.

Lorraine is a lovely supportive lady and her mindfulness programme helped me in my journey to slow down in my hectic life and enjoy the things that matter-family, close relationships and ME! Lorraines programme is so helpful with a range of meditation exercises, tips and guidance into the world of mindfulness. Lorraines relaxed and inclusive method of teaching makes the sessions very enjoyable.

I can honestly say that Lorraine is brilliant at what she does. She's so caring and always makes you feel at ease. After every session I leave feeling relaxed and rested. I've known Lorraine for a very long time and there is always a smile for you. All my very best wishes xx

I was working in a toxic environment and having a really tough time; suffering both physically and mentally. I contacted Lorraine following a Facebook group advert and enrolled on a mindfulness course. I was given tools to deal with difficult situations. Best thing I have ever done. Thanks Lorraine for creating a supportive group environment that has given me ways and means of dealing with challenges along with a new found ability to take notice of the simple things around me such as the birds singing rather than rushing around thinking about was has already happened or what might happen. If you are thinking about giving this a go, then go for it - you wont regret it.

Lorraine is very amenable and easy to talk to. She has a range of techniques and qualifications which she can utilise. I have found the course interesting and thought provoking. On top of that I have added tools to help me with my mental health issues on a day to day basis and going forward. Hugely beneficial and I have recommended her to family and friends.
