Absolutely unprofessional. I booked for 11.30pm an hour before hand and then turned up at 12.00am whilst arguing with other customers (not even from our requested pick up place ((Frankie and Benny's....he parked up outside pizza hut!!!!,))) The driver was rude, shouting and insisting that he will drop me (a single female) in the middle of nowhere when I questioned why he was late. Would never recommend to any one ever! Absolutely disgraceful customer service, politiness costs nothing. Disgusting customer service !!!!!!!
