Fluffy Tails Dogs

Jeny is super with her doggie clients, and our dog always comes away happy and looking and smelling divine. Easy parking at the front of the property, salon is around the back. She is super busy, so be prepared to be put on a waiting list.

Jenny had groomed our cocker spaniel since August 2020. Unfortunately in October 2021 she just completely stopped replying to my messages and calls. I finally got hold of her over a month later (by having to call from a different number) and she said she didn't want to deal with me any more as I paid late and messed her about by 'disrespecting her time', both of which were completely untrue. Even if there were actually any issues, why couldn't she have raised these at the time? We've struggled to find another groomer for our dog while we've been waiting, which has not been fair on our long haired dog, and when I told Jenny about this she showed a complete lack of compassion, which is very disappointing for someone who works with animals.
