Shop around Not professional, they take on far too many dogs and they don't seem to be very experienced dog handlers. They told us our dog was being aggressive (he's never been aggressive in his life), but when we picked him up they said it wasn't aggression he was just really excited and they couldn't control him. Also, they lost his food and didn't feed him. We've been using someone else since, someone who is experienced with Newfoundland's and is more focused on looking after dogs rather than earning money and he has been perfectly behaved. No aggression what so ever and playing really nicely with all the other dogs.

ITDH have taken fantastic care of our Shiba Inu both for the day and over the long weekend. He loves his time there and we love that we're kept up-to-date via WhatsApp using pictures and voice notes!

Buddy loves it there he is well looked after and the staff are all very friendly and always there to answer questions. It is lovely that you get pictures all day it makes you feel better about leaving him

Brilliant service. Love the photos throughout the day and my lab always looks engaged and happy. Dont believe what local dog walkers say, they are just jealous they cant offer the same flexibility and high levels of customer service. Dont look anywhere else, this place genuinely looks after your dog and their welfare. ( I am not paid for this review) I appreciate it can be hard to get hold of them at first, but their care is impeccable.
