Barchester - Harper Fields Care Home

My visit yesterday wasn't my first and won't be my last. A beautifully run establishment with fantastic staff, especially Sharon and the team who were overseeing the entertainment for the residents, which in itself was fabulous, with Sandy singing. It was wonderful to see all of the residents so happy.

What a beautiful warm welcoming home Harper Fields is. The staff have an absolutely amazing attitude towards health and wellbeing for their residents. They bring the fun to the table, working hard arranging lovely, varied activities as well as being supportive and heartfelt to friends and relatives of residents who visit. A calm and relaxing atmosphere radiates throughout the home and its a pleasure to visit.

Came to Harper Fields for a Visit, Staff very welcoming and bistro area very inviting. Lunch was lovely.

I am A learning Coach for a Training provider that delivers Apprenticeships to care staff. When I visit Harper fields I am always made welcome by the staff. The residents always seem happy when I have been at the home and the staff always interact well with the residents. The floor I visited on 17th November was calm and seemed to be well lead. The home has a lovely Caf area open to residents, visitors and families. Harper fields seems to have good staff and are supported by the senior care staff, nurses and their manager. The manager invests time with her staff and has an open door policy to them if they have any problems with residents or their own wellbeing. I look forward to my visits to Harper fields.
