The positive point is that they came regularly without fail. The main negative point is a lack of flexibility, in particular: 1) There was no flexibility to mow less often than fortnightly. 2) There was no flexibility to to do any other gardening. 3) There was no flexibility when the lawn didn't need mowing to skip a week or do other gardening instead of mowing. They came to the property and pushed the mower around a bare garden rather than spending the time on something more useful. I didn't mind paying them, but I would have liked to pay them to do something that actually needed doing. 4) More expensive than some other firms. Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

I have used GR mowing for just over a year as they took over the pervious company I used. The service had been good at the start and friendly staff. However I feel as they have grown the professional service has gone. Its seems to be more about number of cuts rather than quality of service. When questioned about the quality of the cut they prefer to cut off the service then talk with the customer. So customer service is very low on their priority list. Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

shoddy service, rushed & ignorant on phone, they take far too many customers on it seems to me & they dont have the time (or patience) to properly do them
