Barncroft Luxury Guest House in Solihull

Me and my partner stayed at Barncroft guest house last night and I couldnt recommend it more!! The room was beautiful, big comfy bed, super clean, warm and spacious with everything we needed! The breakfast in the morning was amazing, so much to choose from and really tasty. Victoria was an excellent host and you can tell she goes above and beyond for her guest and making the house the best stay for you. Thank you Victoria, we will definitely be returning to stay at Barncroft soon!

Exceptionally clean. Very warm & welcoming. Victoria will do what she can to meet your needs. Breakfast is THE best that Ive had at a B&B. The rooms & bathrooms are to a very high standard. It is such good value for money. We travel to Birmingham each year, each year we stay at Barncroft & I wouldnt stay anywhere else. Barncroft is also in a very good location for the NEC & a few nice places to eat. If I could I would give more stars !

This is just the loveliest place to stay. I was visiting the NEC and it's easily accessible from there. My welcome was warm and friendly. The rooms were large, comfortable and very stylishly decorated. Towels were white and fluffy. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There were all sorts of milks available and gluten free cereals. I chose a cooked breakfast and everything was perfect. I'd 100% recommend staying here if you need accommodation for an NEC visit.

Absolutely perfect! I literally could not have asked for more. Exceeded my expectations in every way. The host was so lovely and she really puts so much thought in to all the details. Lovely sized room with very comfy double beds and pillows, absolutely spotlessly clean. Fresh milk in the fridge, tea making facilities, lots of little extras, and amazing value. Very handy location for going to the NEC. Being so pleasently surprised really made our trip. I will definitely go back, and will recommended to everyone. Thanks Barncroft!
