Andrew and his team have worked with us on our ICF house building project in Bridgnorth, over the last year. We are project managing novices and Andrew have been a valuable source of advice and assistance to keep us on track. We have an excellent working relationship, which has been complimented by his attention to detail, programme delivery and understanding of our budget. During a period of rapid materials cost inflation, Andrew has worked with us to find solutions and negotiate with suppliers to assist us. Not the usual approach from a contracted builder. Andrew and I first met on an ICF project circa 15 years ago before I built my first ICF home. Andrew and his team are currently building a home for one of my clients near Solihull. His attention to detail installing our JACKON Atlas foundation and Thermomur ICF system has been first rate and I look forward to working with Andrew and his team for many more years. Andrew and his team were very efficient, always arrived on time. Andrew set up a WhatsApp group so we were able to see the progress without having to be on site. We are very happy with the professionalism of him and his team and our house was finished on time to a high standard

We employed Basement Homes to carry out the structural build of our large self-designed home with basement, using ICF. We can recommend Basement Homes if you are looking for a well insulated modern home especially if you have a large basement. It is hard to find a builder with ICF experience.Basement Homes also provided skilled people for the brickwork, roof tiling and plastering.
