        Great BBQ for the first year. Missing bolts when ordered but these were resolved by the UK office. After 1 year, the gas began to leak from the main unit. The gas leak caught fire which was a massive safety issue. The issue has ruined the BBQ and put an end to the gathering pretty quickly!

        Bought a Napoleon BBQ after using one on holiday in Canada. There was a small issue with two of the burners, I contacted Napoleon UK and it was sorted out promptly and with great courtesy, would highly recommend.
