Platinum Wave Campers

Writing a review is always a challenge, weighing up what went right and what didnt HOWEVER, this is the easiest review I will ever write. I cannot thank Alan and Platinum Wave Campers enough, the whole journey from the first call to taking delivery of our campervan was effortless despite the fact we changed our mind halfway through the build. I must admit I was dreading making that call but as you said things change and you adapted accordingly. We are very proud owners of our stunning PWC campervan. We have now been away a couple of times and we just love it as do the dogs. I cannot thank you Alan and Platinum Wave Campers enough, we are very happy customers and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend you.

Ok so we bought our van in January and thought I would wait a few months before posting my review to see also what the after service was like. We ordered our Van in September last year and we collected it in January, obviously taking Christmas shutdown into account etc, which was fine! We had seen this company previously at the NEC Motorhome shows, and they were the conversions that stood out to us the most. We were very particular in what we wanted and have to say, from dealing with Alan at the start, the Steve. To picking our interior with Bart and Ian, nothing at all was any trouble at all! Very easy process from start to finish. We waited in anticipation expecting things to not be perfect or exactly what we wanted on the day of collection, but to our amazement, it absolutely was! After about a month of owning our van, I had a couple of tiny problems and I was so impressed on how fast and efficient it was dealt with. They came out to us at our workplace and sorted the small problem out! We are absolutely thrilled with our van, the conversion and the aftersales has been second to none! Highly recommend these guys, you wont be disappointed whatsoever. Keep up the great work guys! Very happy Me & Mrs Morton!

Van was ok but sadly Ive now found that it was misrepresented to me when I purchased it. Purchased from PWC stock and chosen by me because it was fitted with an ABT bodykit that justified the higher price compared to other vans they had. The kit was actually a fake and I wouldnt have chosen it at the time if Id have known. PWC have said they will ensure it doesnt happen again and think that because the kit was good value and looks sporty everything is ok. Theres no concept of misrepresentation or unfair trading regulations by PWC so make sure you check and double check everything if you do buy from them.

With retirement looming, we made the decision to trade in our car against a nice campervan. Having previously owned an old campervan (not a VW) and a new motorhome, we wanted to retire with a brand new VW. We searched around lots of local traders but either they didn't reply/respond or had no vans that suited our needs. I contacted PWC (Alan) speculatively and got an almost immediate response. The 'courtship' was excellent with out ever being a hard sell. Alan worked very hard to land his customer and we felt very well informed all along the way. We had 2 vans in mind so travelled up to look and test drive. Selected the one we wanted, deal done one week later. Pain free purchase, nice well looked after team at PWC (in particular, a big shout to Rea and Alan) and we have the van of our dreams. Would I recommend these folks? You bet! Brilliant service. The team at platinum campers were very helpful, and Im very pleased with the end product. Alan was especially helpful with the entire purchase.
