Hi Dean Jellicoe I wanted to thank you personally for another truly unforgettable Aston Martin experience. Your attentive detail at every step of the process, unpressured and friendly manner is something I particularly aspire to and will never forget. My DB11 is amazing, its immaculate and Im so proud and pleased with it, the few people that have seen it have drawled over its colour and sharp look. But its the story I tell around it that has people hooked, the customer experience I had the pleasure in experiencing. Its a genuine experience of how to handle a client when youre representing such an iconic brand. Thank you, you havent seen the last of me (or Jane it would seem) looking forward to the next time. Unfortunately my first experience with Aston Martin, specifically Grange AML has been an appalling one. Bought a 2019 Vanatge from them in Feb 2022, had multiple issues in the first 6 months, complained, was offered 1600 compensation as the car was in the garage for nearly 2/6 months, rejected this and rejected the car. I then spent months trying to get the rejection sorted. I called and sent countless emails to Alphera, the finance co, but was ignored half the time. Finally I took it to the Financial Ombudsman, who after 4 months said they couldnt rule on it as my finance was unregulated and that I had signed a HNWI form, meaning I had no protection from them. I went back through my emails and realised this form was 'slipped' into an email, to be signed by my accountant. No explanation was given as to why it was needed, so I assumed it was mandatory for the finance. (EDIT - AS AML BIRMINGHAM ARE NOW THREATENING ME WITH LEGAL ACTION FOR APPARENT SLANDER IN THIS REVIEW - HERE IS SAID EMAIL FROM THEIR SALESMAN: 'Hello Finance has now been accepted. Please can the attached form be completed and returned to me at your earliest convenience Ben do you want a tracker on the car ? Subscription costs are : 1yr 217 2yr 412 3yr 580' No mention of the importance of this document I was asked to sign 3 days before signing the finance docs and collecting the car!!! I am now having to take independent legal advice. A terrible experience from beginning to end. The only saving grace has been having a good experience with AML West London. Do yourself a favour and buy through them, as they were professional and tried their best to help me with the multiple issues I had. Petya in particular was exceptional.

Pleasure dealing with Aston Martin Birmingham on numerous issues on my vehicle DB11 which was purchased from the west London branch , AM Birmingham have fixed the issues quickly and efficiently. Alan (Aftersales) is very helpful and knowledgable and is always eager to help and make sure he goes the extra mile in any query no matter how small . Great place for tyres too . Keep up the good work . I used to deal with AM Hagley untill they closed But I have to say this dealer has exceeded my expectations ..
