It took me nearly half an hour using 3 clean cloths (clearly it had been dried with dirty greasy cloths) to rub all the dirty greasy marks off the car and believe me it took some elbow grease, in a nutshell a waste of 8 and the car I came back with was in a worse state than when I went in, would have taken back but simply didn't have had the time.
Maybe some better training or monitoring of some of the young lads who work there would help!
