        As I have back and hip problems I was a bit apprehensive about doing yoga. But Brendan was amazing at adjusting the poses for me specifically. I felt I had achieved a lot even from the first class. I love that he explains the reasons for doing each pose and stretch and which part of the body it related to. I can highly recommend Brendan and Shanti Warrior Yoga. Thanks for building my confidence and body

        I have been attending Shanti Warrior Yoga classes for over two years. I have enjoyed and continue to enjoy the classes immensely. Classes are friendly with great instruction of the movements and purpose of yoga poses. Brendan is a knowledgeable, caring yoga teacher and is thorough with his approach and explanation of poses - all with a great sense of humour! He provides a warm, supportive and safe atmosphere for all in the class. Attending the yoga classes has not only improved my physical health but more importantly helped me find peace with an overall feeling of well being. Thank you!
