Don't bother paying to reserve a table I paid two weeks before for a large party also travelled out of town to book the preferred table we would like and we all turned up only to be told the waitress didn't check the booking and gave the table to a group who just turned up, on top of which she lied and said they had booked weeks before me... We didn't want to make a fuss so 13 of us sat somewhere else thinking at least management would be attentive and the service would make up for it, how wrong it was a painful nearly three hours of constant waiting and waiting everyone who came in after us was served before us and we had hungry children with us. We even had to queue to pay at the till because no-one bothered to come to take our payment. If you want even a half way decent night out with family don't go here, oh and the food was mediocre at best.

They phoned me 3 hours before the time slot I booked and demanded that pay them a deposit ( which no one told me I need to pay a week ago when I booked) they told me I had to pay it immediately or Id loose my table as I was at work I couldnt pay right away and I lost the table, very unprofessional and they guy who spoke to me was rude. Not impressed at all as this was for my birthday
