I have been working with Joe for 4 years now, and I am fitter than I have ever been in my life! He is an amazing trainer, always looking to develop and evolve the training so that it is interesting and different. Working in the NHS, Joe has kept me sane through the pandemic through. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Joe is a great trainer, he always takes time to co-ordinate workout plans tailored to my goals, not only spending time on helping me through the workouts Joe also helps with educating me on the importance of nutrition. Joe always finds time to check in with me during the week to see how Im getting on. Joe is a very encouraging trainer and is always happy to help. 5 stars from me

Joe has been my trainer now for over 2 years, possibly 3 and I have to say, our work-out sessions is one off the things thats got me through the various versions of the lockdown but also helped greatly with my health. Once youve agreed on the goals youd like to achieve, he helps to create a work out plan that suits your needs and also advises on diet as well. Before you know it, results are visible and you feel a lot more energetic. I typically tell my friends everyone needs something to look forward to during these difficult times filled with covid/lockdowns and, my PT sessions have to be top of my list as Joe is nothing but professional, aids in getting the intended results whilst maintaining all the required steps to ensure the safety for his client and himself. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for an effective trainer.
