Called KMS Contractors and arranged for them to come round and give me a quote. They didn't turn up and haven't answered any of my messages. If you want someone reliable go to someone else.

Trader claims to have gone into administration although I can see no sign of this. Refuses to make the required repairs to a drive they installed that does not drain of water.

Stuart and his team laid a porcelain tile patio for me towards the end of 2020. It took a lot longer than expected and he kept pulling off to go to other jobs. It was eventually finished, over all I was happy with the majority of it. Some of the cuts and angles could have been a bit neater but I was just happy to have it completed. About 6 months later 5 - 7 tiles had lifted. It took 6 months of phone calls, text messages and missed appointments for Stuart to eventually have a look. He relaid the tiles and said he would be back the following week to re grout tiles. 3 months later and he still hasnt returned and will not answer any phone calls, texts or emails, forcing me to get another contractor to finish the job. Stuart and his team did a great job installing my new drive. Nothing too much trouble, and discussed every aspect beforehand. Very friendly and created a superbly finished and very stylish job.
