They have no problem letting you live in houses that need urgently repairs for years. Awful.

Avoid if possible! My mum has a flat rented with 3 point for nearly 4 years now and I must say it is the worst agency I have ever seen! There was an issue with her toilet when she first moved in, has been reported and now is only getting worse after 4 years nothing has been done about it! I have been on the phone with one of the females working there and she told me a plumber will contact me yesterday and will come and have a look. Nobody turned up, I have called them again today just to be told by someone else that is the landlord that will come and have a look when he can, so no plumber like I was told beforein the meantime, my mum will have to pay for all the water that she is not usingwhat a joke! This is just ine of the issue I have had with them as in the past my mum was complaining about her oven not workingwhoever did the inspection said the oven was perfectly fine and them it ended up needing a new motor after they finally send a professional over. That was weeks and weeks after she reported itples the person on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful.
