Highly recommended - prompt communication, excellent problem solving, and thoroughly professional throughout. ML Property Consultants were selling the house that we have just moved into. House moves are often stressful and ours was particularly so because of solicitors, but Matt went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly. A thoroughly decent person who works hard and has great integrity.

The team at ML Property consultants were selling the property that is now our new family home. During the initial viewing Matt was professional and showed a good knowledge of the property. Throughout the rest of what was a very stressful purchase, Matt's communication with us was great, communicating between all parties involved in the purchase. The purchase did not go smoothly due to issues with solicitors, but Matt was extremely supportive and helpful throughout.

I found this company a bit odd. When I called their office to book a valuation the call was diverted to somebodys mobile who was at a viewing. I was told they didnt have their diary with them so they would call me back to arrange the valuation. I received a text message a short time later offering a time and date which I accepted. They then failed to show at the agreed appointment time (bear in mind that their office is located in the same village as my property). When I text them to find out where they were I received a text message to say that they had made a boo boo and had written the appointment in the wrong day and they would be unable to attend as they were in Bury St Edmunds for the afternoon (remember that their office is in the same village). I dont know much about the company but it doesnt appear to function like a normal estate agent.

I cant recommend M L Property highly enough. First class service from start to finish. My property was on the market within 48 hours of my first making contact and sold within 4 days. What on paper should've been a straight forward sale, took several unexpected turns as house sales often do. Throughout it all Matt was reassuring, patient and very professional. His extensive experience of the housing market and years of working with local businesses was a godsend as without his knowledge and hard work, I'm sure my sale would've fallen through or been further delayed. My calls, text messages and questions were always answered promptly, even at weekends or late in the evening, I couldn't have asked for more and I wouldn't hesitate to engage MLP again should I move in the future
