        Food & drinks: Mediocre, prices have risen considerably over last year. Noteworthy details: Not good for those with mobility problems. However staff are very happy to help with opening doors and carrying bag to gym Staff are hardworking and extremely pleasant but hotel management lacking

        We had a wowcher deal for afternoon tea, spa and treatment. Initially i felt disappointed at the up keep of the spa area. It looks tired, with tiles missing, wobbly floor tiles and broken head rests in the hydro pool. The soft sauna and mineral grotto were out of order. By late morning though the mineral grotto was fixed. The staff were friendly throughout and the 30 minute treatment was lovely. We were really impressed with the afternoon tea. Yummy and fresh. We learnt they are planning to renovate the spa. I would consider booking a spa day again when its been updated. Id advise people take their own flip flops, as you are given a reused pair.
